Andrew Philippe established Architectural Excellence (AE) to deliver thoughtful, deliberate, and achievable architectural services to its clients. At the root of its mission is a passion for creating incredible architectural spaces for its inhabitants. Pride in the details drives its processes to fruition. Listening, rather than assuming ensures its clients and owners receive the attention and care intended to deliver the best results possible.

 

Located in Wells, Maine, AE is positioned to serve the southern Maine communities from Kittery to Portland. We specialize in custom residential design and execution on many sites, from beachfront living to hidden gems in and around the valleys of the lake regions.

 

Andrew was educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2006 and has worked professionally ever since. With over 18 years of experience, Andrew has the talents and abilities to meet his client's needs. He routinely collaborates with contractors and engineers to consistently improve his knowledge base and outcomes. He relentlessly questions his thinking to ensure he arrives at the best possible solutions. He is not satisfied until he is confident that you are as well.

 

He is licensed in Maine and registered with the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
